How to take care of your skin

Taking care of your skin may be very important, so before you spend money on skin products, it is important to know what type of skin you have and the kind of care you need.

>>Here are some important tips<<

Know your skin type. In general there are four types of skin: oily, dry, sensitive and a combination of these. Be sure to remove make-up every night to keep skin healthy

>>Dry skin: If your skin has a strong tendency toward dehydration, lacks oil, is very tense and is considered dry. In extreme cases, dry skin lacks elasticity and can be extremely sensitive to the sun, wind and low temperatures. In these cases you need to wash your face once a day with a rich and creamy cleanser and warm water.Rinse with warm water and wipe dry skin. Use toner that can help dry skin. Avoid toners and makeup that contain alcohol as alcohol-based products as they have a drying effect on the skin.

>>Normal skin: Some consider normal skin as a combination skin, but it is not. If your skin is characterized by oily skin in the T zone and dry cheeks and stretched skin, and changes with the seasons (dry in winter, oilier in summer) is considered normal. The normal skin can also be 'normal-to' as the normal or oily normal dry. Wash your face with cleansers that are designed for your skin type. Use an alcohol-free hydrating toner all over your face. Apply moisturizer more frequently to dry skin.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>>Oily Skin: If your skin is oily, it means that usually shines a lot and very soon after cleaning the pores are slightly enlarged. And you will be more prone to pimples, whiteheads and blacks than other skin types. The skin tends to attract more dirt of dry skin, then wash your face twice a day with a mild detergent and warm water without foam. Rinse with warm water. Use a product without alcohol, moisturizing toner to help remove additional debris. oil absorbent paper towels for use throughout the day can help control the shine of the skin, and it takes just 3 minutes after lunch.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
>>Sensitive skin: You may have sensitive skin, normal, oily or dry. If your skin has allergic reactions to beauty products and is usually sensitive to the sun, wind and cold, is sensitive. The sensitivity can be demonstrated in skin rashes, redness, inflammation, acne, and dilated capillaries. Try cleansers, toners, makeup and moisturizers that are fragrance free and hypoallergenic. Clean, tone and moisturise with light products every day. Some common ingredients to look for are: chamomile, azulene, bisabolol, allantoin, lavender, camphor, calamine, rosemary, thyme, aloe vera, etc.
